- Management of cooperations and research collaborations (MoU, MoA, Agreed minute, etc.).
- Management of commercialisation services.
- Organising seminars, conferences, innovations, promotions and dissemination of information.
- Publication of journals, bulletins, information papers.
- To plan, manage and implement in-house training as well as course participation related to human capital development of research staff.
- Design, build and manage tuna gallery for exhibition purposes to raise public awareness of opportunities in the tuna industry.

- Conduct research & development of broodstock and sea cucumber breeding.
- Conduct research & development of seaweed breeds and seaweed tissue culturing.
- Member of the technical committee of the sea cucumber research programme.
- Supervise the seeding and commercialisation of sea cucumber and seaweed produced through R&D
